In this case, Gorakhpur SP North Manoj Kumar Awasthi told that Sandeep Maurya, a resident of Rampur area of Chaurichaura police headquarters area of the district, may be a soldier within the army. He had a romance with a woman from his community, but his marriage was fixed elsewhere. The girl lodged an FIR at Jhangha police headquarters . The girl said in her complaint that after getting information about the boy’s marriage, she reached his house along side her relatives.
Police said that once they got information about the deterioration of law and order, the police reached the spot and pacified the matter. The girl told that she has already lodged a complaint with the police about this matter, she has every right to complain within the army with legal or social means.

SP North Manoj Kumar Awasthi said that as a law there’s just one FIR of an event . nobody are often forced to marry him. this is often the primary marriage of the boy and if he marries anywhere, he can’t be stopped on the bottom that FIR is registered against him under IPC Section 376. The girl was explained and she or he was suggested to talk during a civil manner.
At an equivalent time, the girlfriend says that she had met her boyfriend two years ago. He has also been coming and going home, the girl alleges that her lover also made physical relations together with her on the pretext of marriage.
