The notice “Protective cap for riders of Two Wheeler autos (Quality Control) Order, 2020” gave by Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH) dated 26th November, 2020 has stated that each one two-wheeler helmets must be Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) certified and will bear the Indian standard (ISI) mark from June 1.
